As soon as you sign up with Apex Housing solutions, you will benefit from our in-house property maintenance team. If your property doesn’t quite meet our minimum standards, then our team can help bring it up to standard at an extra cost. You can be assured that once the property is in our hands, we will ensure that the value is protected, and for
anything our in-house maintenance team can’t repair, we will have specialist contractors who can.
The tenants can also be assured that any issues will be resolved as soon as possible with our emergency line when an rapid response is needed. We also conduct quarterly inspections to identify and repair and refurbishment needs early.
