Tenants Introduction only
Do you just need help in finding and securing tenants? We’re happy to help! For a one-off fee of only 2.5% (+VAT) of the annual rent, our specialist team will advertise your property, organise and hold viewings, liaise with potential tenants, and then present you with only the most suitable tenants for your property.
Rent Collection
Need help with finding and securing tenantsas well as the monthly rent collection? We’ve got you covered. For a low rate of 10% (+VAT) of the monthly rent, we will do all of the above and ensure that you receive the rent each month. Apex will take care of liaising with the tenants to make sure the rent gets paid on time.
Full Management
Are you looking for an agency to take control of the whole operation? This is what we’re here for. You can relax and let us take charge of all of the leg work. For 15% (+VAT) of the monthly rent, Apex will take full management of your property. We will ensure the full process is smooth and an enjoyable experience for both the tenant and yourself as the property owner. We will find and secure tenants, collect rent, and our in-house maintenance team will be on hand to help with any repairs the property may need to make sure you never have to worry.

We will asses your property and carry out a thorough assessment to provide you with a valuation with a detailed inventory, including photos.
If your property require any improvements to bring them up to this standard, our own in-house maintenance team can promptly take care of any issues.
The full list of requirements can be viewed here and we can provide repair services should your property require them to bring it up to standard. Our in house team can help with any maintenance & repairs to help get the property ready for tenants.
Once we’ve taken on the management of your property, it’ll be assigned a dedicated Account Manager on the Property Management team to oversee it. From there on, it’s our job to manage any tenant disputes and end of tenancy, handle any maintenance & take care of the tenant relationship so you don’t have to.
To ensure that this is done as efficiently as possible, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line. We also guarantee that all aspects of due diligence are carried out and that your property suffers no void periods.
