We will asses your property and carry out a thorough assessment to provide you with a valuation with a detailed inventory, including photos.
If your property require any improvements to bring them up to this standard, our own in-house maintenance team can promptly take care of any issues.
The full list of requirements can be viewed here and we can provide repair services should your property require them to bring it up to standard. Our in house team can help with any maintenance & repairs to help get the property ready for tenants.
Once we’ve taken on the management of your property, it’ll be assigned a dedicated Account Manager on the Property Management team to oversee it. From there on, it’s our job to manage any tenant disputes and end of tenancy, handle any maintenance & take care of the tenant relationship so you don’t have to.
To ensure that this is done as efficiently as possible, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line. We also guarantee that all aspects of due diligence are carried out and that your property suffers no void periods.
